CANCELLATION POLICY

At NAVEH Nail Studio your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness and respect for both your time and mine, the following policies are in place: Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service. Remember to always reach out and message me. Exception may be made. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require prepayment to secure your booking. After a second no-show incident you unfortunately will no longer be permitted to book at NAVEH Nail Studio. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply. This is in place to respect not only my time but client’s time that are after you as well. I understand that emergencies happen.
